This assignment is commissioned by Save the Children. The overall objective of the baseline study is to assess Adolescents Girl and Young Women’s knowledge, attitude and skills on a wide range of Gender-Based Violence. More specifically, the study aims to establish baseline values, assess knowledge of Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) on Children and Women’s right. Additionally, it will assess the knowledge of AGYW on GBV and its means to respond. The baseline will provide an audience with understanding about the GBV case reporting pattern in the targeted community and GBV survivors’ engagement in economic opportunity to get positive change in their life. The study will entirely focus on establishing the baseline values on knowledge, attitudes, prevention, and response in GBV.  The study will be conducted in 8 wards of Godaita Municipality of Sarlahi District of province 2.
