Paribartan conducted the PACA exercise as co-facilitator of COMO Mesopartner Germany in November 2019. PACA used the Local and Regional Economic Development process and Porter’s four-diamond and five forces tool to diagnose Sidharthanagar economy competitiveness in tourism, trade, light manufacturing, and organic farming sub-sector. The diagnostic analysis helped to design 16 short-term and medium-term economic development projects for local government.
