Paribartan has recently accomplished Focus Nepal’s five-year strategic plan formulation process. The process followed key stakeholders’ consultation for competitiveness, driving factors, and scenario analysis. The process also formulated the vision, mission, and goals of the organization’s development program. The participatory process helped formulate strategy, programs, funding mobilization needs, risk analysis, and the strategy implementing a structure, and review process. The process was started in October 2023 and completed on February 3, 2024, after adopting the strategy at the annual general meeting of the organization.
