The mission of the firm is to ensure inclusive economic development and societal equity growth through Planning, Research, Evaluation, and Managing change [PREM] services to development actors. These services provide the clients with a value-added support in bringing a sustainable positive change from the development efforts made by them in the field of action.
The offered four service packages are designed as per the 20 years of learning experiences working with INGO, NGO, and development agencies in the ground.
Planning: Project appraisal, and formulation; Proposal writing; Strategic Plan, Monitoring and Evaluation Plan, Business Plan, and Agro-enterprise Development Plan preparation; Application and adaptation of The Five I Cycle Model for Rural Municipal Area Development.
Evaluation: Independent mid-term, end-term, and impact evaluation for development projects and programs in agriculture, food security, rural finance, livelihood, disaster response, community development, natural resources, enterprise development, women empowerment, climate changes and environmental sectors.
Research: Social action, policy, market, economic, and financial transparency research; microfinance client protection principles assessment, capacity, baseline, and end-line assessment; feasibility, piloting, client satisfaction survey, beneficiaries’ risks and vulnerability assessment, opinion poll, and periodic review of programme as per the needs of the development, cooperative and private sector organizations.
Managing change: Result-based management support, monitoring data collection, and management, technical assistance, policy framework, documenting development practices and policy implication evidence, preparing beneficiaries-support principles and standards and measuring the results using Carefully Harnessed Actions and Natural Growth Evidences techniques.
