22. Team Leader for Smart Assessment of Nirdhan Bank (180 million USD portfolio bank), 2019. This assessment was focused on evaluating seven client protection principles endorsed and approved by the world microfinance industry.
23. National Expert for GIZ ‘Preparing and conducting a feasibility study to understand the context, factors, and dynamics related to establishing Green College in Nepal’, 2019.
24. Team Leader for Impact Assessment of Governance Interventions in the Hariyo Ban Program – WWF/USAID (October 2018- February 2019). The main objective of this assignment was to assess the impact of government interventions in the Hariyo Ban Program.
25. Team leader for the Final Evaluation of UNNATI Program- Access to Finance Project – NIRAS, UNCDF, NRB, and DANODA (September 2018-January 2019). This assignment includes delivery of the final evaluation of the UNNATI Access to Finance (A2F) component 1.2, implemented by UNCDF and NRB in Province 1 (seven districts in the Eastern Development Region) and funded by the Danish Government from March 2014 to December 2018. NIRAS contracted Paribartan, an evaluation consultant, for this assignment.

27. Economic Potential Analysis for the Sustainable Economic Development (SED) Programme of the German Development Cooperation (GDC) in Nepal. The objective of this study was to identify economically potential sectors for the upcoming Sustainable Economic Development (SED) Programme of the German Development Cooperation (GDC) in Nepal. The study applied both qualitative and quantitative methods for analysing available data at the national level, including stakeholders’ opinions on economic potential.
28. Local and Provincial Economic Development Project design inputs: Paribartan supported the international mission to formulate a new project design for GIZ from October to December 2018.
29. Team Leader for Impact Study of Financial Literacy Training (FLT): Paribartan conducted this impact study in partnership with Mercy Corps in November-December, 2017.
30. Team leader for On-the-Spot Technical Support and Mentoring to Savings and Credit Cooperatives for Capacity Building for Mercy Corps Nepal. Provided the cooperatives with coaching, mentoring, and supporting the executives to update their functions and modify policies, as well as technical assistance in the institutional governance of 12 SACCOs.
