The mission of the firm is to ensure inclusive economic development and societal equity growth through Planning, Research, Evaluation, and Managing change [PREM] services to development actors. These services provide the clients with a value-added support in bringing a sustainable positive change from the development efforts made by them in the field of action.
The firm’s management and expert team commit for an ethical, fair, environment-friendly, client data privacy, transparency in development practices and policy, societal equity, and neutrality principles. The offered four service packages are designed as per the 20 years of learning experiences working with INGO, NGO, and development agencies in the ground.
Planning
The firm facilitates project appraisal, formulation, and development as per the needs and offers proposal writing, monitoring and evaluation plan, business plan, and agro-enterprise development plan services, 5-I Cycle Model for rural municipal area development, strategic plan preparation for development sector clients. Its planning service is committed to rural economic growth and societal inclusion.
Research
The firm undertakes social action, policy, market, economic, and financial transparency research; financial services’ client protection principles assessment, capacity, baseline, and end-line assessment; feasibility, piloting, client satisfaction survey, beneficiaries’ risks and vulnerability assessment, opinion poll, and periodic review of programme as per the needs of the development, cooperative and private sector organizations.
Evaluation
The firm offers professional, and neutral third-party/independent mid-term, end-term, and impact evaluation services for development projects and programs. It follows ethical principles, Development Assistance Committee (DAC) evaluation criteria plus Partnership compliances, Responsiveness, Equity, Innovation and Beneficiaries’ Protection criteria when doing the evaluation. It uses customized tools as per the needs of clients for evaluation. Independent Evaluation is one of the cores and most prioritized services of the firm.
Managing change
It offers result based management support services specifically on monitoring framework and its implementation, monitoring data collection and management, coaching, and technical assistance to the team in the field and line management.
