Paribartan’s Senior Economist Dr Tej Hari Ghimire facilitated the Participatory Appraisal of Competitive Advantages (PACA) diagnostics of Himali Rural Municipality and Simkot Rural Municipality from March 10 to 22, 2024 on behalf of Como Consult Germany. The PACA exercises were organized by the GIZ-GRAPE project among its partner municipalities. This process will help to utilize the LED fund announced by MOFAGA. The senior economist used competitive advantages of location, Porter’s Diamond, Porter’s Five Force tool, and expectation matrix tools during the exercise. There will be Master’s level training on LRED for federal and provincial level officials in April 2024. There will be PACA ToT for experts in May 2024 under this assignment.
